Most composite manufacturers offer a 25 year warranty on their decking and railing products, and a two year warranty on the lighting products. Casa Decks also offers our clients a total two year warranty on our workmanship.

Our Promise To You

• We will provide you with a certificate of insurance guaranteeing that you won’t be held responsible for injuries suffered by workers on your job.
• We will provide you with a copy of the building permit guaranteeing that your project will not be stopped and you will not be fined for not acquiring one.
• We hire competent workers and withhold taxes as required so you won’t be considered an employer by the IRS and required to pay substantial taxes, penalties and interest.
• We will provide a copy of our class A contractor’s license, which is required by the state, and evidence that we are technically and financially qualified to do this job.
• At contract signing, we will provide a firm start and estimated completion date. A week prior to start, we will provide a flow plan for the project and your project will be completed prior to starting another.
• The owner of Casa Decks, Zach Beach, will be on site each day ensuring that any concerns or changes are addressed promptly and by our company principle.
